Every answer is built from two sources of truth: aircraft performance (certified range, wingspan, maximum takeoff weight, and runway/climb performance) and airport data (runway length, field elevation, and published wingspan, weight, curfew, or approach restrictions). Final dispatch numbers are always calculated by the operating crew for the specific flight.
